Diabetes support group regular monthly meetings. About 1 in 10 Americans has diabetes, a condition that affects the way your body turns food into energy.
Diabetes is not something you can ignore. It takes daily vigilance, perseverance, and patience. One of the ways you can help yourself live with diabetes is to join a support group. These groups can provide everything from emotional and mental health support to help with daily meal planning and activity tips.
